The Brief

Created is a brand new Academy about to shake up the way learning is experienced.
Re-imagine the existing Created brand film and develop a piece which captures the ethos of Created. The brand film must convey the messages outlined in the provided script, also supported by the provided voice over. The sequence must include all of the bold text from the script as a visual representation.

Development

The script describes the feeling that Created want creatives to have when they take part in their learning experiences. Since the final piece has to appeal to future motion designers students, I found essential showcasing different styles and techniques of animation to give a glimpse of the infinite possibilities that the motion graphic designer world have.

Color palette

To create consistency across the brand film I decided to focus on the primary colours.
Being bold, saturated and pure they aim to evoke the energy, the excitement and the joy of being a Created student at the beginning of a bright career path.

Student brief

On a second phase of the project we have been asked to art direct and execute three 3D shots for another student. In my case, the creative direction provided was around the idea of sound reaction. The animations are in syncro with the voice over.
